The Flightcell Controller is designed to match the look and feel of Flightcell’s flagship and field-proven product, the DZMx. It features an enhanced display that offers operators an improved user experience.
The intuitive soft key menu system has 17 different menus ranging from user functions through to settings and maintenance functions.
The Flightcell Controller serves as the main control head for the Flightcell DZMx PLUS, providing voice, messaging, data, and tracking capabilities. It also connects to devices via RS232 and Ethernet.
Install multiple Flightcell Controllers across the aircraft. Each Controller acts independently, allowing users to set the functions required in different areas of the aircraft.
Flightcell Controller is compact and lightweight and draws on average only 0.28A @ 28VDC.

The secure Ethernet connection provides operators with fast and reliable data transfer rates, especially beneficial for larger file downloads.
Signal strength is displayed with up to five (5) bars, and the modems' display colors change based on their signal strength.
Green = 4-5 bars
Cyan = 2-3 bars
Magenta = 0-1 bars (an X is displayed in place of the signal bars when there is no signal).
Adjust the screen to suit the operating environment. Using the Display Settings Menu, select Day Mode, Night Mode, NVIS-B or NVIS-A.
The Hobbs timer display shows total airframe time, a daily flight timer, a trip timer, and the number of hours until the next service or inspection is due. Engine starts and landing logs can also be set up.
