If it is decided that you need to return the equipment, you must complete and send a Returned Materials Authorisation (RMA) form before shipping any products for repair.
This applies for ALL Flightcell products and equipment including: Flightcell Pro, Flightcell DZM and DZMx products, Flightcell Iridium Cradles and all associated accessories.
Flightcell offers a Firmware-Over-The-Air (FOTA) solution to update the modem over a cellular data connection, without removing the DZP_04 or DZP_07 from an aircraft. Refer to the below for availability of cellular modem upgrades:

To register for a cellular modem update using Flightcell FOTA updates, customers will need to complete the below form.
If you are returning a Flightcell DZMx product for a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth upgrade, a modem upgrade, or other firmware upgrade you will need to complete an upgrade form before shipping the product.
If you are returning a Flightcell DZMx product for a cell modem upgrade you will need to complete an upgrade form before shipping the product.
