Real-time flight tracking and data transmission provides both air and ground crew critical information to make well informed decisions about their mission.
Cellular IP tracking
Utilizing cellular IP technology offers low cost position points at 15 seconds intervals. Cellular IP tracking works by using standard
cellular broadband data services combined with Internet protocol (IP) routing, instead of higher cost cellular SMS services.
Uninterrupted tracking
Whether you fly out of cell range, make a call or send data, DZMx keeps on tracking by auto-switching to the best available option. When outside cell range aircraft tracking is automatically switched over to SBD
or SMS Iridium satellite.

When tracking via satellite, multiple additional GPS positions are bundled to provide better visualization and more accurate flight path mapping, typically at no extra cost to the operator.
Event driven tracking
DZMx acts as a pipeline by sending key data to ground crews (via the tracking provider). Data examples include take off, land, engine, start and stop, hover, distress, load, mission telemetry and points of interest.
MARK GPS position
DZMx provides a one key activation to manually MARK your GPS position with the ability to send an optional pre-configured message to ground crews including the GPS position.
Automated flight following
DZMx is AFF compliant, exceeding the strict tracking capture requirements of government agencies like US Forest Service (USFS) and National Aerial Firefighting Centre (NAFC).
Automated rescue monitoring
When A.R.M. is activated, your tracking service provider monitors position reports from the aircraft and raises an alert when reports are overdue by a specified period, or (optionally) if the aircraft is stationary for a specified period.

Flightcell’s cellular and satellite voice, tracking and data communication systems are unlocked devices, integrating with many service providers.
